This is a moderately monitored resource that has a free and subscription service, where individuals who wish to practice one of many world languages may find others who also wish to practice their skill. They sign up and find partners, forming practice groups with whom they practice orally and in writing. Half of the session the group practices the target language of one half of the group (presumably Spanish) and then the second half of the session the group practices the other target language (presumably English).
